Since 2004, Terrinda has been consulting and providing solutions to build phenomenal businesses and non-profits. Her life work is showing service based entrepreneurs how to succeed by packaging their passion by developing informational products and programs and sharing their gift with the world through virtual events.
Who do you serve in your business and why?
I provide service based entrepreneurs with business development training, product launch development, and virtual event management. I believe each one of us has a purpose to fill and a message to share. Every message needs a producer. This is where I step in.
What is your mission?
My mission is to reflect the Light of the Son in the marketplace and show others how to tap into their brilliance and share their message.
“Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened.”
What three words would you use to describe your success journey? Please share why you chose these words.
Three words I would use to describe my success journey are focused, determination and acceptance. I have had to be focused on my main objective to be sure what I am actively doing or considering is in line with my values, purpose and mission. I have to be determined to continue to press toward achieving what I have set out to do even if that means making detours or rest breaks on my journey. Finally, I have to be accepting of bumps in the road and of my expectations that usually don’t look like reality.
What is your definition of success?
I define success as knowing and living my God given purpose, persevering to achieve it and empowering others to do the same.
What is your most successful achievement?
My most successful achievement occurs each day that I climb the mountain of fear and doubt and jump off anyway!
What scriptures do you find useful to help you with staying in your success zone?
Isaiah 61 – In order to realize where you are going you have to acknowledge where you’ve been. I believe our Mess is Our Message and that our passions are birthed from a pain seed. Isaiah 61 keeps me focused on the how, why & what of my success.
What tips do you have for someone struggling with becoming successful?
If you are struggling with becoming successful, look at your sacrifices as a notch on your measuring stick for success. We all have to sacrifice or release something to make room for the blessing and purpose to be birthed in our lives.
